Sean Bryan

Sean Bryan - Big Mouth Theatre - Southampton

Sean has spent the past year painting on a moustache and inspiring creativity and imagination in children as the world’s bravest explorer ‘Mortimer Sparks’ in his interactive and semi-improvised theatrical adventures. Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Sean gained a Diploma in Theatre Arts from Swinburne University before moving to the United States to gain further experience in the industry.

In New York Sean produced and performed his cabaret ‘Kangaroosical’ and mingled with the stars whilst working on the Drama Desk Awards. In Chicago he worked on the children’s musical ‘Pinaklicious’, The New Colony’s ‘FRAT’, ‘Facing East’ and the national tour of ‘Love, Loss And What I Wore’. In Australia he worked as a producer with Magnormos and Present Tense, presenting the Australian premiere of the Broadway musical ‘[title of show]’ and developing the new musical ‘Margaret Fulton: Queen Of The Dessert’.

His experiences working onstage and backstage in a variety of capacities from follow spot operator to set designer culminated in Sean creating his own theatre company, Imprint Theatricals, in Brisbane in 2013, before returning to the UK in late 2015 to live in the forest with the wild ponies and his fiancée Hollie. In his spare time Sean enjoys seeking out amazing burgers, building cool things out of Lego and visiting Disney theme parks.
